I'm Iris Yee — an Experiential Designer dedicated to making spaces feel alive.
My journey started at Syracuse, where studying Architecture first sparked my curiosity in how physical spaces shape the way people feel. From there I moved into residential and hospitality work at a boutique firm, then into AV design where I collaborate on technology-integrated workplace environments. Along the way I became just as interested in what spaces did to people as how they were built. Now I'm a Master's student in Exhibition and Experience Design at FIT, learning how to tell stories visually the way I once thought about them spatially.
I blend architectural thinking, technology, and environmental graphics to craft experiences that resonate long after someone leaves the room.
Brooklyn-based. Perpetually curious. Always thinking about the next space that could do something unexpected to someone.
Curious? Take a peek around — I’d love to connect.
